Assisting with activities of daily living including;

• Personal and dental hygiene

• Skin care

• Dressing

• Bathroom and commode assistance

• Medication reminders and supervision

• Monitoring vital signs

• Meal time preparation and assistance

• Light House keeping of Patient area

• Laundry

• Transportation to and from appointments

• Companionship

Not all our clients are in need of the full spectrum of care as listed in our personal care services. for many, the biggest need they have is friendship and socialization. Our companionship services give your love ones a friendly face they can count on to talk to or play a game of cards.

A Home Care of Cape Cod representative will respond to any question, provide additional information about our services and in home assessment.

Hours of Operation

We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to oblige our clients needs and preferences.

Office hours for inquiries are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Voicemail is in place 24 hours per day, and is checked at regular intervals throughout the day to give prompt attention to those seeking immediate assistance.
